Community Services

At Masjid As-Sunnah, we believe that serving others is a core part of our faith. Our community service programs aim to bring benefit to everyone—Muslim and non-Muslim alike—through compassion, generosity, and unity.

Our masjid is committed to helping our neighbors through food drives, clothing donations, blood drives, and local outreach. We welcome volunteers and partners who share our goal of building a caring, connected community.

The one who cares for a widow or a poor person is like one who strives in the way of Allah.
— Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī)

Funeral Services

When a human being dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: charity, which continues, knowledge which is benefited from, or a righteous child who prays for him.
 Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī

At this time, our facility is unable to provide janāzah preparation services due to space limitations.

Youth Programs

Our youth programs encourage learning, friendship, and community involvement. We offer Islamic education, mentorship, and recreational activities that help our young members develop spiritually, emotionally, and socially grounded in the values of Islam.

The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, while there is good in both.
 Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī)

This encourages our youth to build strength not just physically, but spiritually and morally as part of their faith.

Islamic Consulting

Guidance Rooted in Faith and Wisdom

We provide personalized Islamic guidance for individuals, families, and organizations, helping them make informed decisions while staying true to Islamic values. Our services include counseling, Shariah-compliant financial guidance, educational programs, and community support.

And consult them in matters. Then when you have taken a decision, rely upon Allah.
Qur’an, Surah Al-Imran (3:159)

Sisters only Classes

At Masjid As-Sunnah, we provide a safe and comfortable learning environment for women and girls to grow in their knowledge of Islam. Our sisters-only classes are designed to nurture spiritual, intellectual, and personal development.

Our programs include Qur’an and Tajweed classes for 6 ages and above, Fiqh and Islamic studies tailored for women, personal development workshops in line with Islamic values, and opportunities for community engagement and volunteering.

We aim to empower women through education, strengthen their connection with Allah, and build supportive friendships within the community.

Seeking knowledge is obligatory upon every Muslim. Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Ibn Majah, Hadith 224

Ramadan Iftar

At Masjid As-Sunnah, we warmly welcome the community to break their fast together during the blessed month of Ramadan. Our Iftar gatherings foster spiritual reflection, community bonding, and generosity, creating a space where everyone—Muslim and non-Muslim alike—can share in the joy of Ramadan.

Whoever gives food to a fasting person to break his fast, then for him is the same reward as the one fasting (without decreasing the reward of the fasting person).
Al-Tirmidhī, Hadith 807
